HEy guys on cobrans chart, make it a bit longer term, sy starting in the 80s then add Switzerland by clicking on it on the right and watch in AWE!!!!!

I consider Germany and Japan to be the most fascinating, and perhaps most interesting.

Two entirely different economies and in both their house price ratios are the flattest of any on the chart.

I also can't quite believe the astronomical heights that Ireland reached at its peak. Wow!!

Germany and Japan actually know how to make quality stuff. They are too busy actually involved in productive enterprise... plus I'd say legal, historical and cultural influence play a large part.
