US - Housing Still Drowning in Underwater Mortgages

$715 billion/22.8% of all residential properties with a mortgage have negative equity. There must be a lot of 'jingle mail' still occurring. I read somewhere that the US median price is below its long term average. So it must be a good time to buy!

Yes definitely a great time to buy in the US...much easier to find bargains, even for us Aussies searching in US
